Services & Rates

• Your appointment time is a private, one-on-one session with a registered-DHA Licensed physiotherapists. We do not use assistants or aides in our treatments
• Payment is due after each treatment session, or you can pay in advance with discounted rate whenever a treatment package is availed.
• You will be provided with an invoice or receipt and a claim form that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Get on Track requires the patients to give at least 24-hour prior notice in the event that they want to cancel or reschedule their booked appointments. This is to give chances on the other patients that are on waiting list.

• We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments.

• Patients will be charged for late cancellations 50% of treatment price.

We also offer home-visit treatments when clinically appropriate and when therapist availability allows. Home-visit rates vary based on the distance from the clinic and the travel time required for the therapist’s round trip.
